install DD-WRT on WRT32X - Linksys Community The same thing is happening with newer WRT3200ACMs. It turns out that Linksys has changed nand memory chips on newer models since Sept. of 2017. This may hold true for the wrt32x as well. So I guess ppl with newer wrt3200/32x may not be able to load dd-wrt. I read this on the DD-WRT Forums.
