Dec 07, 2009 · The DC is the authoritative server for the domain and forwards to the DNS server running on my router. Every asset in the domain has a static IP and the DC is set as the DNS server. I've set up several Reverse Zones but the PTR records don't seem to be updating unless I go into the client management and uncheck/check the PTR update box.
